Animacy

This Arts-Based Gathering invites participants into a felt experience of re-enchantment by awakening a sense of animacy—the recognition that the world around and within us is alive, responsive, and in relationship with us. Drawing on the expressive arts—imagery, movement, writing, sound, and story—we will explore the forgotten magic in the everyday and reconnect with the innate sense of wonder, presence, and awe that many of us lose touch with through adulthood, trauma, or societal oppression.
